I have been an avid fitness athlete and athletic trainer for more than a decade. I specialize in individualized fitness programs aimed at achieving both performance and wellness goals. Over the past decade, I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of different health and fitness objectives, employing my range of knowledge and ability to conduct outside research and analysis to ensure that I can consistently meet the fluctuating needs of clients. I employ a comprehensive approach to fitness and account for individual circumstance, movement and equipment limitations, and overall objectives to help clients achieve their own definition of success within the health and wellness space. How It Works

My training process is designed to be effective, engaging, and tailored to your individual needs. Rather than provide templated programs, I use an initial consult and regular follow up calls to ensure that your program adapts to your needs and circumstance in order to ensure ongoing and longterm success. Importantly, you don't need access to a lot of different equipment or a special gym; programs will be built around the gym you already belong to or any equipment you already own.

Initial Consult

Personal Evaluation

I start each client with a thirty minute initial consult aimed at evaluating your current fitness level, health and wellness objectives, and any limitations you might have. This consult also allows me to share the services and package options that I think will best suit your needs.

1:1 Virtual Training Sessions

Personalized Online Training Sessions

These personalized training sessions are a great way to get started on your fitness journey or to provide individual instruction as you learn new skills and techniques. They can be used as your main form of training or as a supplement to my remote programming option.

Remote Programming

Cost Effective Long Term Training

As you get further in your fitness journey,  you often find that you are able to do much of your training on your own. Remote programming allows for a cost effective way to continue to get personalized training protocols without the time or financial constraints of 1:1 sessions.

Nutrition Guidance

In addition to training plans, I offer nutritional guidance to help you achieve your performance, wellness, and aesthetic goals. These plans can be as flexible or as strict as you need and are a great way to supplement your overall wellness objectives.
